At Nature Essentielle, we offer outdoor adventure programs designed to help children grow, gain confidence and develop autonomy.
Each program is part of a progressive learning journey, adapted to the child’s age and experience.
Discover adventure
Stage Aventure (ages 6–12)
This is often the first step.
Children discover nature through fun and structured activities:
- orientation
- basic survival skills
- rope activities
- team challenges
They learn to:
- build confidence
- work as a team
- enjoy nature
Experience adventure
Tribu des Baous (ages 8–14)
A more immersive experience including a first bivouac.
Children will:
- practice canyoning
- build their own camp
- spend a night outdoors
- improve orientation skills
They develop:
- independence
- adaptability
- group spirit
Learn autonomy
Eco Trip (ages 10–17)
A turning point in the journey.
Participants must actively organize their adventure.
They will:
- plan their itinerary
- find water
- locate villages for food
- manage group progression
They learn:
- responsibility
- decision-making
- autonomy
Live an expedition
Wild Trip (ages 10–17)
A true outdoor expedition in the mountains.
Teenagers experience:
- mountain hiking
- bivouac
- group management
- full disconnection
They develop:
- resilience
- leadership
- self-confidence
A progressive journey
The program follows a clear path:
